We want you to love your PICHI pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your wardrobe fits your lifestyle perfectly with a seamless, hassle-free return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
